മൂന്നു മാസം വായ്പ തിരിച്ചടച്ചില്ലെങ്കിലും ഉപഭോക്താവിനുമേല് യാതൊരു നടപടിയുമുണ്ടാകില്ല. റിസര്വ് ബാങ്ക് മോറട്ടോറിയം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചതിനെതുടര്ന്നാണിത്. ബാങ്കുകള്ക്കും ബാങ്കിതര ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കും നിര്ദേശം ബാധകമാണ്. ഈകാലയളവില് വായ്പ തിരിച്ചടവ് മുടങ്ങിയാലും ക്രഡിറ്റ് ഹിസ്റ്ററിയെ ബാധിക്കരുതെന്നും ആര്ബിഐ നിര്ദേശം നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ബോധപൂര്വം തിരിച്ചടയ്ക്കുന്നതില് വീഴ്ചവരുത്തിയതായി കണക്കാക്കുകയുമരുത്.
മൂന്നുമാസം വായ്പ തിരിച്ചടച്ചില്ലെങ്കിലും അത് ക്രഡിറ്റ് സ്കോറിനെ ബാധിക്കില്ല. വാണിജ്യ ബാങ്കുകള്(റീജിയണല് റൂറല് ബാങ്കുകള്, സ്മോള് ഫിനാന്സ് ബാങ്കുകള്), സഹകരണ ബാങ്കുകള്, ബാങ്കിതര ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാനങ്ങള്(ഹൗസിങ് ഫിനാന്സ് കമ്പനികള്, മൈക്രോ ഫിനാന്സ് കമ്പനികള്)തുടങ്ങി എല്ലാ ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കും നിര്ദേശം ബാധകമാണ്.
